WHY I CHOSE THIS PATH
I have always held strong a belief that a well cultivated education is the anchor that tethers success through all of life. This is true of all the subjects studied, but the soul grasping power of music is one that has always held a special place in my heart. The profundity of genuinely high level musical experiences is life altering; in ways more esoteric than we often give credit for. When examining the power of this, and a desire to impart both the knowledge and liminality that musical expression impresses upon us, I thought: "What if I could help the next generation of dreamers and creatives? What if those same arcane experiences could be felt in others, and I could be their catalyst?  What if I could positively aid in shaping the future citizens of this country by way of musical education?" These questions put into scope the path I choose to walk every day and serve as a constant reminder that everyone deserves the undeniable expression of music.
